Thank you for shopping with AlphaForged. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our peptide products. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available only for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging and condition.
- Once a product has been opened, used, or altered in any way, it becomes non-refundable.
- Any request for a refund must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our Customer Support team by going to our About Us page and using the Contact Support form.
2. Include your order number, date of purchase, item(s) being returned, and the reason for your request.
3. After approval, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item(s).
3. Return Shipping & Responsibilities
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (for example, incorrect or damaged item shipped).
- Please use a trackable shipping method when returning items, as we cannot issue refunds until we receive and inspect the returned goods.
- We strongly recommend keeping proof of return shipment until the refund process is complete.
4. Refund Processing
- Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- If your item is not eligible for a refund (for example, if it has been opened or used), we will notify you and may offer store credit or a replacement at our discretion.
5. Orders, Cancellations & Modifications
- Orders can be modified or cancelled within 30 minutes of placement, provided they have not yet shipped.
- After this window or once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.
6. Shipping & Delivery Issues
- In the event of delays, mis-deliveries, or lost shipments, please notify us within 7 business days of the scheduled delivery date.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package and, if confirmed lost, may issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- Please note: AlphaForged is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, carrier issues, or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
7. Non-Refundable Products
- Any product that has been opened, used, or removed from its sealed packaging (including peptides mixed or prepared for use) is not eligible for refund.
- For clarity: unopened, sealed products may qualify under the above criteria; once the seal is broken or the product is used, it is non-refundable.
